Nice, clean, relatively quiet hotel in, I suspect, a relatively old building, right off the central square in the small village of Eguisheim. The hotel has have a contemporary feel. Our room was a relatively, for France, spacious "superior". The beds were comfortable. The view was a stone wall and the central square.
A few caveats, there is no AC here, they give you a big fan which doesn't help allay the heat much. There is no elevator. Parking is in public lots not far away, 3€/day. Driving thru the winding streets of a tiny village might be difficult for some people, but the village is small. The room we were in had a bathtub that was slippery and difficult to navigate.
These issues though are common to many hotels in olds buildings in Europe, so I wouldn't "ding" this facility for these issues.
Eguisheim is a cute, quiet, timbered house town. A good base if you are driving around the area. Limited restaurant and shopping options in town, but plenty in the area.
