Le Palais Gourmand — Restaurant in Colmar-Ribeauvillé

La personne qui nous a servis, j'imagine la propriétaire, était on ne peut plus désagréable. Service épouvantable dès le premier instant. Elle nous a apporté de l'eau fraîche et nous lui avons demandé de bien vouloir nous la rapporter à température ambiante. Avec un air renfrogné et une grimace, elle nous a dit qu'ils n'avaient que de l'eau froide. En plus d'être désagréable et désagréable, elle était vraiment épouvantable. Il semble impossible qu'un endroit qui prospère grâce au tourisme puisse avoir des gens qui servent les clients de manière aussi impolie. La nourriture, pour couronner le tout, était affreuse. Parece imposible que un lugar que vive del turismo tenga gente atendiendo a los clientes de tan malas formas. La comida, para colmo de males estaba malísima. Nada que ver con el resto de los lugares en los que hemos comido estos días en Colmar. Llevamos cinco días aquí, y siempre nos han atendido con la máxima amabilidad en los desayunos, comidas, cenas, tiendas, museos etc... pero lo de este personaje no tiene nombre. Por supuesto no volveremos y recomendamos a todo el mundo que no venga , hay demasiados sitios buenos en Colmar como aguantar la mala educación de...

I visited from the United States and went on a roadtrip with my boyfriend. Our last stop was in the little city of Colmar, France. We decided to eat dinner at this tiny little gem. I ordered the tarte flambée and forest berries crepe for dessert.

My boyfriend and I shared a tarte flambée with special cheese and it had a nice perfect texture. The cheese had a very unique too!

The crepe was one of the best dessert I've ever hard, it came with berries and sorbet. This was hands down my favorite!

I also tried the apple alcoholic drink, and it had such a nice subtle sweet flavor!

My boyfriend forgot his camera and one of the lady quickly called our attention before we left the restaurant. Thank you dear staff for giving us a pleasant experience and I will definitely visit again when I visit Europe. I highly recommend this restaurant if you're...

After the train ride from Paris and a nap, we set out to find dinner. I thought I wanted a crepe, so we picked Le Palais Gourmand based on that. We were seated right away.

After reviewing the menu, I was intrigued by the flambée. I got the country, which has potatoes, ham, onions and cheese. It was the first and best flambée I had the whole time I was in France. Somehow they managed to create a crust that stayed crunchy from start to finish.

My daughter got the framboise (raspberry) crepe. The way they prepared the raspberries was really good - not as sweet as jelly or as blended as compote.

My only regret is not ordering a galette too since I didn’t find a good one during my trip and I bet theirs would have been good.

The place was super cute and the server was attentive.
