We visited on Good Friday of Easter weekend, so every restaurant in Colmar was packed, and every place we went to was extremely rude (several told us they wouldn't serve three people, only two). We all know lava cake…molten chocolate, a delightful experience. But have you heard of a salted caramel lava cake? Well, me neither! As a group of four, we dined at this restaurant twice for lunch. The outside seating was lovely with a nice outlook although a little cramped. The restaurant is very large and there is a second outdoor seating section, but mostly in the sun. The food was delicious and the service good. A little annoying, we came back for drinks in the late afternoon and were told there was a 5 euro cover charge per person just to have a drink, even when we proved we had just ate there.
