We were excited to enjoy some Ramen after a cold weekend and this spot looked like the right place to enjoy it. We started with takoyaki, one of my favorite Japanese snacks. When it was served with shredded lettuce instead of bonito & seaweed, I knew something was off. They were also deep fried. Next, our ramen arrived. It looked beautiful, aside from the lettuce on top, which has no place in ramen. We both ordered miso broth, because we wanted added richness of the miso paste. The broth had no flavor at all. A day DIJON!...

Service was friendly and comfortable from both the ladies who work there, which was much...
