We were excited to enjoy some Ramen after a cold weekend and this spot looked like the right place to enjoy it. We started with takoyaki, one of my favorite Japanese snacks. When it was served with shredded lettuce instead of bonito & seaweed, I knew something was off. They were also deep fried. Next, our ramen arrived. It looked beautiful, aside from the lettuce on top, which has no place in ramen. We both ordered miso broth, because we wanted added richness of the miso paste. The broth had no flavor at all. It tasted like miso & water. No tare or umami. If there was soy sauce on the table, I would have poured it in to try and save the meal. I left mine 80% unfinished. It was so terrible. I only ate the egg, which was the only flavorful part of the bowl. Even the chasiu pork was bland. At €16, this was extremely disappointing. Lastly, the gyoza arrived. This was the best part of the meal, but sadly could not make up for such...

The ramen that we ordered was not really hot at all (semi cold). Please next time serve it HOT it is. LESS SOUP in the bowl. So sad! You can at least add a bit more soup/bouillon so that the noodles will remain firm while eating it. We ordered the MIX gyoza I didn't like it. So dry and not cook inside.

The serving time was also long. But really the food was not best.

Recommendations: I suggest, I think, it's better if you offer "MENU" order (e.g. MENU A, MENU B, C...) so your prices will become interesting to the public. Meaning your prices are a bit expensive.

A day DIJON!...

Had to cut our meal short due to dog allergies as someone brought their dog in to dine. Disappointing as my understanding was that Asian restaurants in France are normally one of the few places that are normally dog-free, and we’d chosen to come to Sakura for that reason.

Aside from above, food was okay. Ramen was alright with the edamame being more enjoyable. Good variety of ramune available.

Service was friendly and comfortable from both the ladies who work there, which was much...

Sure! Here’s a shorter and personalized Google review based on your experience: 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Tried Sakura So’ Ramen near Dijon Darcy and really enjoyed it! We had the Rayu Udon Ramen and Miso Udon Ramen with chicken and crevettes—both flavorful, well-balanced, and comforting. The broth was rich without being too heavy, and the noodles had great texture. Friendly service and cozy vibe. A solid spot for a satisfying Japanese meal in the heart of Dijon.
