U — Restaurant in Dijon

I can't believe how lucky we were to discover such an excellent restaurant and have the chef all to ourselves . This restaurant stands out in this heavily populated plaza filled with other tourist restaurants serving pizza, burgers , etcetera.

Chef boldly experiments with different flavors and cuisines anchored by sichewaun recipes. He told us next week he was preparing new menu items with Mexican influence such as noodles and molè, we were saddened that we were heading to Paris the next day. The "raviolis" were mini Chinese dumplings, after devouring our first order we promptly ordered more! The noodle dishes were both familiar and new with surprises . The noodles themselves had a perfect chewy texture that was no doubt prepared with care and attention.

They offered local artisan beers and even had a favorite gin of ours that we've hadn't seen since we were in Ireland 2 years ago.

We hung out with chef and server well after dinner and talked about food, family, music. A truly memorable experience. We wish them all the success they deserve. REWARD...

My wife and I had a sensational lunch here yesterday, absolutely delicious and such authentic flavours (we lived in Asia for 12 years!). We had the wafer thin pork 'ventrèche' and spicy sauce (that was totally delicious but not hot, don't worry) and then the 'Yang Chun Mian' Pork noodles and the Lanzhou Mian beef charolais noodles as well, stunning! The service staff are welcoming and friendly (and spoke great english) and I even got to meet the chef! Fantastic wine list as well so we will definitely be back very soon, thank you team Jiu! Je viens regulierement chez û et j'ai décidé de célébrer ma soirée d'anniversaire de mes 30 ans au restaurant, et je tiens à partager notre expérience. Malgré notre groupe de 16 personnes, les serveurs ont été excellents, offrant un service courtois et efficace tout au long de la soirée. Les plats étaient délicieux, chaque bouchée était un délice. Dans l'ensemble, ma soirée a été fantastique grâce à l'atmosphère chaleureuse et à la qualité exceptionnelle de la cuisine et du service. Je recommande vivement cette adresse pour toute occasion spéciale ou simplement pour une expérience culinaire mémorable.

Ancien avis : Troisième et dernière étape de notre lune de miel. Après avoir été au Parapluie et chez Azerole, le passage chez Jiu était donc obligatoire ! Si vous voulez manger de vraies Noodles c'est ici ! Après une entrée en trois petits plats aux saveurs asiatiques surprenantes et délicieuses, que nous avons adoré, nous sommes passés aux Noodles. Nous avions choisi celles au Boeuf Charolais ! Et nous n'avons pas été déçu ! La viande était tendre comme dans un boeuf bourguignon, le bouillon de boeuf était gourmand. J'aurais pu en reprendre un deuxième par simple gourmandise. Quant au dessert, ce dernier n'était pas à la carte habituelle. En effet, il correspondait au dessert servi au soir du 15 ème jour de l'An Chinois. Nous avons apprécié d'avoir l'occasion de découvrir quelque chose de différent et de traditionnel.
