would like to submit a complaint following a very disappointing visit to your restaurant. We were two guests who came in and ordered two salads and a portion of fries. The restaurant was nearly empty, so we expected decent service. Unfortunately, our experience was quite the opposite. After placing our order, my friend asked for some ice for her soda, but that request was never fulfilled. We then waited for 45 minutes without any update from the staff. When we finally asked about the status of our food, we were told that the server had forgotten to inform the kitchen — meaning our order hadn’t even been started. This is completely unacceptable. We felt ignored, dismissed, and poorly treated. As a result, we decided to leave without receiving our food. Despite this, we were still charged for the two Coca-Cola Zeros, which felt unfair and unsympathetic given the circumstances. We had looked forward to a nice meal, but instead left feeling disappointed and frustrated. My husband and I stopped in for lunch as soon as we arrived, our food was delicious and our waiter Mathieu was really attentive and great. 2 days later we decided to stop by again for lunch and immediately Mathieu remembered us and asked if we wanted to sit at the same table. Again the food was so good and Mathieu went above and beyond to enhance our experience. We decided to make a reservation for the following night for dinner and Mathieu saved our table for us and was ready when we arrived. As expected, the service was top notch and our food did not disappoint. Mathieu really made our whole experience so amazing.
