BEST ICE CREAM OF MY LIFE! Not an exaggeration — and everyone I brought here said the same thing after tasting it. The flavors change daily, there are no tastings or pictures, and the ice cream is hidden away in sealed metal containers so you can’t see it beforehand. But that mystery is exactly what makes Glassico magical.

The flavors are extraordinary: pineapple basil, olive oil with lemon zest, lemon sorbet, mango passion fruit, strawberry, pistachio — and countless others that rotate. Each scoop is an otherworldly experience. It tastes like biting into a perfectly ripe mango, or savoring decadent chocolate, with combinations so creative and balanced that every note sings. Nothing ever tastes artificial or overly sweet — it’s pure, fresh, and vibrant every time.

The first time I visited, I ordered two scoops in a cup… and immediately went back in for two more because I had to try more flavors. I came here rain or shine — it’s the pièce de résistance of Fontainebleau alongside the château — and some days I went twice with friends. Not once did a flavor disappoint.

I truly believe the owners are creating pure magic here (possibly with the help of elves at night, because I can’t comprehend how they make ice cream this perfect). If I could, I’d move to Fontainebleau just to eat here every single day — and I’m not joking when I say that would be the happiest life I can imagine.

I absolutely love this place. I've been visiting Fontainebleau for few years now to bring family and friends to see the château. This place is just next to it. They make home made ice-cream and sorbets. All fresh all yummy. The place is artisanale, that means they make everything in house. I highly recommend my most favourite pineapple-basil ice-cream, I know it sounds weird but this absolutely works, it's so fresh and it's a sorbet, so no added sugar. It's super delicious. I added few photos of other flavours they have, I tried most of them and they are all yummy. It's a great place for a quick break...

The variety of flavours will never fail you, tried this place twice and it did not disappoint, first place to make the earl grey tea flavour, it was really tasty and full of flavour and it went very well with raspberry as advised by the lady. Friendly staff and nice service. I would say the only thing I wish they allowed us to taste the flavour before we have it, but they obviously know we’ll aim to try everything and we’ll like it all. The size of the cup is very reasonable to the price. This will always be our favourite gelato in Fonty. Located on a vibrant street with a couple of chairs...
