DO NOT USE this agency. Their rental agency will charge you €500 euros agency fee to “help you and make sure everything is okay” but you will likely get a bad experience: I have audio from one of their employees (Stephanie) saying that they work with several apartments/studios INFESTED WITH BEDBUGS AND COCKROACHES, which is not surprising after talking to other INSEAD students. Many have also suffered from MOHO and leaks. My apartment had a sign saying that the building was INFESTED WITH COCKROACHES and I personally saw 3 baby cockroaches. The apartment was also really dirty with stains and food crumbs!! According to MBA housing, who are either scammers or really dirty, these are proper living conditions.
