Perfect place for Inseaders Probably Japa-Thai won't be one of the most fanciest places in Fontainebleau, but it has something that makes you to come back. It might be that it's near Insead or may be because the owner is such a nice guy. Food is delicious. They have a nice menu with Asian food. Portions are generous. Service is really fast. You order and your food will be ready soon. The price is the best. It's cheap comparing to other places in Fontainebleau. Highly recommended, specially if you are an Inseader. They'll make you a discount.

First good thing, service was fast. 2nd I asked for the spicy taste as Thai ppl eat and I have it. But the red curry of my husband is a little sweet. And they forget fried tofu so I can not give five stars. What ever I would like to recommend this restaurant to you. I am very happy with it.

Après avoir récupéré ma commande faite par internet, après 1h de retard sur l'heure prévue, me voilà sur la route pour retourner chercher mon plat qui a été oublié dans la commande. Plat, qui est un plateau d'assortiment de sashimis. Comme indiqué sur leur site, le plateau est censé contenir saumon dorade thon. Quelle fut ma surprise une fois arrivé chez moi! Le thon n'était pas là!! (Forcément le poisson le plus cher) Et biensur, la femme qui sert, s'est bien caché de me le dire! Ce qu'on peut appeler, n'ayont pas peur des mots, du VOL!!!

Such a disappointment !

The place changed for what it used to be in the beginning some years ago.

It looks like that the owners became too confident with the fact that their place became a "canteen" for INSEAD students going home after a long day of study and are not in a mood to coock at home.

from a smiling and welcoming service it ended up as "NEXT !" quality-quantity-price is as 35%-15%-50% (tasty food, basic products and far too expensive for what you get in the plate) overall a very expensive disappointment

We all travel or traveled around different countries in the world and experiences a better "value for money" than in this "canteen"

I feel very bad to write this review, but I hope the owners will try to change a bit.

We live in Fontainebleau, we had been comming to the restaurant since its beginning, but for the moment we will definitely stop....

P.S. "The best part is that the owners will not change... The moment INSEAD will continue to eat at the premises, the owners will feel confident and continue to drive his HUGE MERCEDES...

We went there as we love Asian food and the rating was 4.5 The food was good and service was timely The place is at best a canteen. They have loads of household stuff stashed away in all corners of the restaurant including the disabled WC. The place was very expensive for what they offer. No extra plates were provided and we had to ask for one, no glasses were provided for water so we had to use our wine glasses. All in all an...
