Chez Max — Restaurant in Grasse

Wonderful little restaurant in Valbonne where everything is Maxed! 1/2 pound juicy, flavorful burgers with lots of options. We had the Jack Daniel's Burger and they gave us a shot of JD to go with it. Huge pizzas with lots of options. Huge, fresh salads with unique options. We had the Exotic Salad and it was so good- no skimping on the protein and the presentation was beautiful. Good beers on tap and HUGE ice cream desserts with plenty of options to make anyone happy - even my ice cream loving husband! The strawberry shortcake was divine!

Les pizzas sont peut-être bonnes....NOUS N EN SAURONS JAMAIS RIEN! En effet, commande passée via le site UBER ( qui est partenaire de cette pizzeria) pour mon mari en déplacement le jour de son anniversaire. Une pizza accompagnée d une boisson en surprise. RATÉ ! Malgré les options "remise en main propre" et "livraison express ", la commande n est jamais arrivée. Le livreur m à pourtant contacté une première fois ne trouvant pas l adresse. Sans nouvelles, je l ai rappelé 25 minutes plus tard. Il n avait toujours pas livré. Mes deux autres appels lnt été bloqués par le livreur. Bref. Il a simplement pris la pizza posée par terre et à commenté sa livraison avec un "client non joignable" et c est validé ! Aucun recourt possible chez UBER! J ai contacté la pizzeria qui l explique que c est UBER le responsable mais pas eux. Je veux bien....La patronne l explique qu elle va faire une requête de son côté. Trois semaines plus tard...toujours rien! Je rappelle espérant un geste commercial. Après tout, UBER à empoché ses 7 euros de livraison et la pizzeria ses 17 euros de commande ( quand on sait ce que coût une pizza en coût de revient....). Et bien non! La patronne a refusé de faire un geste commercial. Elle a empoché l argent de la commande mais ne se souci pas du client. Lorsque l on conclue un partenariat avec une autre entreprise (UBER ici), on doit savoir assumer ou se porter garant. C'est bien trop facile. Mes avis GOOGLE sont toujours très positifs. Il y a un début à tout. Je me chargerai de porter un avis google pour l entreprise...

The place is great, food's delicious and the catering service is very pleasant. the menu "all you can eat" is well chosen and prepared. the terrasse outside is really convenient in the nice weather contitions and makes it a nice atmosphere. well located within the town and ease of accessibility for small walks before the meal. all and all, it is a restaurant worth frequenting more than once. but beware of the Le...
