We went there on a Sunday evening in August so admittedly the most busy time of the year. We waited couple of minutes for a table and then waited to place our order. I can understand a lot but I don’t tolerate rudeness - after all tables around being served or attended to, I asked whether we can place an order. The waiter came to me just to say „you are not the only one in the world” (no kidding, the exact words!) and then theatrically turned his back on me to take an order from a table next to us. I would give zero stars but giving one because there is no other option. No surprise, we did not stay to eat there and by the way, looking at tables around, the food did not look that spectacular for anyone to tolerate this kind of behaviour - if you need a guest to wait a bit more you can tell them to wait. Read moreVery friendly staff. Reason for the low rating is my duck dish. Recommended to have it medium rare, I did but it was so chewy that it was inedible in the middle. When our waiter asked if everything was okay and I informed him of my plight, he merely remarked "I should have had it medium". If it takes 3 minutes to chew a piece of meat to be able to swallow it, then they should be offering accommodation with the duck. Normally wouldn't write a review but the inability to acknowledge when things don't go right is the height of poor...
