Le Beija-Flor Maritime — Restaurant in Grasse

This might be the best meal we’ve had in Cannes. Came across this restaurant by accident and it’s a great find in Cannes!

Service was amazing, the guy who served us was very friendly and accommodating. The restaurant was very quiet and we were the only ones inside!

We got 3 two course meals, one Caesar salad and a plat du jour. For drinks we got a Bloody Mary and a mojito.

Caesar salad- Huge portion! The sauce was a bit too watery for my liking, but it was still yummy.

Plat du jour/ Beef carpaccio- Served with salad and fries. Amazing raw beef!

Meal 1: Mushrooms with bacon- Amazing flavors from the bacon, great as a starter!

Salmon and rice- I requested for the salmon to be a bit raw inside, and it was cooked to perfection! The salmon was a good portion, the rice and veggies were amazing too!

Meal 2: Foie gras- I love foie gras and this was perfect! Paired with the nicely toasted bread.

Sirloin steak- Big piece of steak! Super filling and yummy. The sauce was also amazing!

Meal 3: (don’t have photos) Soup of the day- First time having cold soup and it was so nice and refreshing! I think it has tomatoes and red peppers.

Pesto linguine- Big portion and the pesto tastes really fresh and delicious!

Drinks- Both cocktails were amazing! The price is really good too! €10 for each cocktail.

We spent around €120 for 3 adults and one child and we were so full afterwards!!

Would really recommend this place to anyone visiting Cannes! Definitely...

This is by far one of the best restaurants in Cannes we’ve had so far. It’s affordable and very satisfactory (unlike some of the other restaurants in Cannes which are overpriced and not filling at all). We had a set lunch and the food was amazing. We had a lot of food and it wasn’t as expensive as we thought, but we were filled to the brim! The food is very high quality and good, although there’s not many people you’d expect, the restaurant is a hidden gem of Cannes. It’s also a very accessible place for after a day tour at the outer islands or a pre meal before heading there. We wouldn’t have found this gem without the boat tours. The staff there was SUPER friendly and served us with care and joy. Definitely recommend this place if you’re going to Cannes.

We were warmly welcomed by Christophe at this lovely restaurant. The menu was explained carefully and pleasantly and there was a good variety of dishes on offer. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal and would certainly recommend it to any visitors. It was by far the best along the street-and we have tried several of them. My personal favourite was the fish of the day - a whole fish perfectly cooked with aromatic herbs and vegetables. Our sons had steak which they thoroughly enjoyed. There was a great ambience about the place and we will definitely return. Merci beaucoup...
