This small shop and deli is mainly a takeout spot, but we had a nice lunch at their only table. We split a focaccia filled with smoked salmon, tomato, arugula, cucumber and cream cheese, and a spinach and chevre quiche. Both were fresh, filling and tasty (though the focaccia was a bit soggy from its moist ingredients). Their espresso was decent, but an overly dark roast (to our taste).

Auf dem Weg in die Stadt sind wir nicht an der Promenade entlang, sondern durch eine Parallelstraße gelaufen – dort haben wir dieses Café entdeckt und wurden absolut nicht enttäuscht. Die Mitarbeiterin sprach sehr gutes Englisch und war äußerst höflich sowie zuvorkommend. Für mich ein echter Geheimtipp! Während unseres Aufenthalts kamen ausschließlich Einheimische zum Einkaufen, zumindest machte es den Eindruck – was das Ganze noch authentischer wirken ließ.
