McDonald's — Restaurant in Grasse

First time something like this happened with me in McDonald’s - we came to McDrive that was opened but there was no one to answer us. We kept calling for someone and honking with our car, but no one replied. So we searched for employees at different “windows” but they were all opened and empty! We left the car, entered the McDonalds and we found employees just sitting at tables and talking. Then the Russian-speaking employee finally came to serve us at the McDrive desk and we kept asking for sweet and sour sauce and she said that it doesn’t exist in France, when it obviously does as the Chinese sauce (we were told by another employee later on, when it was already too late). On the top of that, they forgot to put French fries (and did not even apologize for that when I told them about this. Instead they looked annoyed) and gave me a burger without sauce. When I told them about that, three employees took my burger with their bare hands (without gloves) and added sauce and returned back to me. After 3 employee touching it without gloves! When I told them that this is not hygienic, the manager came to me and told me that “this is not USA here, we don’t use gloves here at all” and was pushing on me. Just shocking...

This is the best McDonald's in France. Their food is always fresh, warm and well made exactly as one expects it to be.

Everytime I go to this McDonald's I've only been impressed and now make it a weekly thing to go there atleast once a week.

The staff are always very professional helpful and kind.

I have been to Burger king and other McDonald's around the french reviera but none have impressed me so much as this specific McDonald's.

I do not know the director, but I will find him, and I will tell him how great this place is!

Today it is rare finding people that offer real good service and goes the extra mile and I would really like to express how I feel about this specific McDonald's. Everytime they impress I've been there at random times during the week and they always have the same standards and it is for this very reason I always come back.

I want to say thank you to all the staff and especially the director for keeping such good staff and keeping the standards so high.

It is really nice to see a fastfood restaurant that still has these qualities.

Me and my kids were on holiday in Nice and Saint Laurent du Var and, one evening, after a national Basquetball 3x3 competition (my kids quite like this sport), we saw majority of the athletes going towards this place: McDonald’s Saint Laurent du Var. We decided to try as it looked different from others of the same chain. And it was! Much more healthier variety of food, the employees were so kind even with us as tourists, they were also kind with the kids and the all place was decorated with sports items and had a great, peaceful, healthy and friendly atmosphere.
