Chicken Way — Restaurant in Grenoble

I am completely fed up and I recommend that you never order delivery from here.

They got my very first order wrong by sending me a chicken box of tenders with no fries.

I ordered again, hoping it was not a mistake that would keep happening. In the many orders I have made since I have moved here 10 weeks ago I would guess that they have my order correct 60 to 70% of the times and I am not kidding or exaggerating.

I have continued to order because the chicken tenders and fries are very good. But they constantly forget to include the fries and sauces that I pay for. So I just bought my own sauce and accepted the fact that I might not get fries with my meal.

Last night they messed up the chicken. I can get over the fries and the sauces... but not the chicken. Not. The. Chicken. That is just crossing the line.

As you can see in the photo, I ordered a chicken box with 6 tenders, and they sent a chicken box with 3 tenders and 4 wings.

You can also see that in the notes I remind them that I ordered two fries. They forget fries so much that I write in the notes reminding them how many fries I ordered.

I never want to order from them again. I hope that the next time it is late at night, and I don't have food at home I can wait until the morning instead of...

A whole disappointement…We ordered two American Burgers, 2 fries with sauces and 2 ice creams on UberEats. There was something wrong with the delivery as they changed deliver 4 times. We got order ONE HOUR AFTER the “latest” delivery time. Obviously by the time the order arrived, all the food was ice cold…and the ice creams must have soaked the warmth of the burgers in as their consistency was more like milk than ice cream. At least they should have kept the burgers warm while waiting for the deliver guy. But no, what we got was ice cold food WITHOUT the sauces. Also, the taste of their food wasn’t that special neither, average burgers with saltless fries… I’m really disappointed, the next time we’ll go to KFC instead, it’ll be...

Life saver! One of the only places with a kitchen open after 10 pm in the area. Been running around the city following Google’s incorrect restaurant open hours (closing 1 or even 2 hours before what was listed in Google), until we came across this hidden gem.
