I visited La Kase with my son and his wife on 27th December and we were blown away with both the quality of the food, the presentation and the service. We all had the Lamb shank and it was exceptional. Perfectly cooked with a sauce that released a multitude of hidden flavours it was delicious in every respect. I have lived in France for 18 years and the food in this restaurant is, without doubt the very best I have ever eaten. Christophe is an exceedingly good chef and his years of experience is reflected in all that he presents but it is more than that. The restaurant itself isn't particularly pretty, but good enough, although it did have the French curse of bright lighting - apparently they like to see what...
