Upon arrival, I visited your restaurant with a friend and placed an order for "a duck" at your establishment. To my surprise, when the dish was served, I assumed it was a unique preparation of duck and proceeded to consume it without suspicion. However, when the check was presented to me, I noticed a significant discrepancy in the price, as the duck was listed at 30 euro instead of the 26 euro I expected.

My shock deepened when I inquired further and was informed that I had actually been served boar, which is entirely against my religious beliefs as a Muslim. This grave mistake is not only unacceptable but also a severe offense to my faith. It is imperative to highlight that your restaurant should take extra care when handling dietary restrictions and religious beliefs, especially when customers explicitly state their preferences.

Unfortunately, due to time constraints related to my flight, I was unable to address this matter in-depth on the same day. However, I believe it is within your restaurant's responsibility to rectify this situation. I explicitly conveyed my order as "a duck," and I expected to pay for precisely what I had ordered.

Poor Service. Borderline hostile waitress. Forgettable food. Grossly expensive. This is L'Envers du Decor. I've traveled the globe, and I've never felt less welcome in any restaurant. Easily the most memorable BAD dining experience I've ever encountered.

Hoped to enjoy a wonderful meal with our dear friends. Instead, we met a surly waitress who instantly seemed irritated when we ordered cocktails and a starter instead of our main course. We then asked for the Sommelier and took his recommendation for a fine bottle of wine. Although we had still not received our cocktails or starters, the waitress immediately returned and asked for our order once again. We deferred, sadly realizing there was no hope of a leisurely, pleasant meal at this establishment.

Upon finally receiving our drinks and starters she returned again and insisted we must order. We did so gladly, and thankfully this was the last time we saw her. I understand restaurants want to "turn over tables". Though there was no need. Their interior was completely empty, as were half of their outdoor tables. What we experienced was simply unpleasant harassment while being charged a premium price to receive it.

This dinner cost just under 900 euros. Though later that week, none of us could remember anything about our meals, or their expensive wine. Our only memory was wishing we had never gone there. That should tell you everything you need to know about this restaurant!
