Le Saint Jacques — Restaurant in Limoges

Limonges best restaurant.

What a fantatstic place.

A party of 8 middle aged washed up bikers didn't put Francis off. We were on a European tour and had been recommended this restaurant to eat at as were were staying in Limonges.

After loitering around outside as we couldn't figure out if it was the place or not (typical thick Brits abroad), Francis welcomed us all in and sat us out the front. I genuinely can't remeber what everyone had but not crumb was left on any plate, my steak was simply divine and cooked to perfection (I like mine blue - just take it out of the fridge, shout fire at it and put it on the plate), the wine choice more than adequate for the venue.

Highly recommended. Thank you Francois for making us feel so welcome and your fantastic food - we will defiantly return...

An absolutely amazing find !!! So good we visited twice in 4 days. The location , near the river /bridge is great and we found it to be picturesque and relaxing . The food was unbelievable -well presented, freshly prepared ,tasty and incredibly good value for money . The service was fantastic- friendly , efficient and very helpful.
