Honfleur is our favorite town to stay overnight on our way to a Gîte-de-France for our annual autumn break. And for us, a dinner at Restaurant Le Corsaire is always part of Honfleur. As persistent as we are with holiday rituals, this restaurant is just as persistent with its menu. But there's plenty of choice, and unfortunately, we only dine here once a year. The ladies who serve us every year are extremely friendly and helpful. The atmosphere may be dated, but it's precisely this traditional interior with its abundance of red, green, and artificial flowers that really appeals to us. This restaurant takes me back more than 50 years to my childhood, to the holidays with my parents. And the most important thing, of course, is the food.
