I recently had the pleasure of dining at Restaurant La Lieutenance during my visit to the charming town close to the wooden church. From the moment I stepped inside, I was captivated by the cozy and elegant ambiance that exuded a sense of warmth and sophistication.

The highlight of my dining experience at La Lieutenance was undoubtedly the impeccable quality and freshness of their fish dishes. As a seafood enthusiast, I was delighted to discover a restaurant that truly values the essence of serving the finest quality fish. Each bite was a testament to the chef's skill and dedication towards procuring the freshest catch.

The location of Restaurant La Lieutenance, close to the wooden church, only enhanced the allure of this hidden gem. It provided a picturesque backdrop to the immaculate dining experience, transporting me to a place of tranquility and charm.

Was it the chef's day off? Very disappointed from start to finish. I chose the menu du jour perhaps that was a mistake but if you can't produce a decent meal at a price don't do it. I started with a salmon "nem", sitting in carrot puree, followed by a nondescript piece of unseasoned fish sitting in carrot pureeé again and finished with a strawberry soup, a bowl of pureéd strawberries and 1 whole one. All three courses came in similar bowls and looked like unattractive baby food. All three courses came with alarming speed, the waitresses stood around watching and chatting, one was cleaning windows in full view before bringing food, I hope she washed her hands. The adjacent table was broken with a rusty foot detached, the toilets had a broken tap, broken floor tiles and were very shabby. The whole experience was...
