Très beau cadre ? Oui Bon plats ? Oui Attente ? Énorme Service ? Pas du tout uniforme

Nous y sommes allés avec un groupe d'amis un samedi soir (je précise parce qu'il semble que cela justifie tout) pour boire un verre et manger.

On a attendu pour avoir notre table (ce que l'on comprend) puis le serveur nous a pris en charge, a pris notre commande en étant très souriant et très agréable, puis après avoir été servi on nous annonce que la terrasse c'est libéré et nous nous y sommes installés et on nous a dit que notre serveuse serait tel personne. Nous n'avons pas vu notre serveuse avant 30 minutes et quand elle est apparue pas un seul sourire. Énormément d'attente pour commander, pourtant des tables qui arrivaient après était de suite prises en charge. Une fois qu'on a enfin pu commander une attente encore une fois très longue a suivi (là encore d'autre tables arrivée bien après, on été servies) on a essayé d'interpeller notre serveuse qui ne semblait pas très intéressé par notre demande et quand enfin on a pu signaler que l'attente était vraiment très longue elle a dit qu'elle allait voir et est partie sans le moindre signe d'excuse.

Puis au moment de l'addition elle nous a apporté nous a demandé de faire nos calculs puis est partie, nous avons dû la rappeler à deux reprise !

Pour conclure nous avons demandé un geste et c'est la responsable qui est venue nous dire que clairement si on n'est pas content c'est normal on est samedi soir et que c'était normal de façon très hautaine limite méprisante si bien que cela mit une ambiance terrible à notre table. Si vous n'avez pas assez de personnel, vous devriez songer à embaucher, mais aussi à être plus agréable avec vos clients qui justement un samedi soir souhaitent passer un...
