The ashta ice cream was good, with a strong flavor of orange blossom water that really stood. (Enjoyable if you like that particular taste, like me).

The other flavors were just okay; we tried : Chocolate, strawberry, vanilla, pistachio and lemon.

We ordered their large one, which comes with only two flavors as a rule. What I found a little odd is that they place one flavor on top of the other. You have to finish the first in order to get to the second flavour. It is certainly a different way of doing things, but it is not really to my liking.

Notre coup de cœur gourmand lors de notre passage sur Marseille, on y est retourné 3 fois... Pour commencer un accueil absolument exceptionnel de gentillesse pure, de sourire et de professionnalisme. On n'hésite pas à vous faire goûter les spécialités avant de faire un choix. Notamment la glace à l'achta (crème de lait préparée avec une racine d'orchidée, de la sève de pistachier lentisque, de la fleur d'oranger et de l'eau de rose) qui est délicieuse et totalement addictive... mais certains autres parfums de sont pas en reste (fleur d'oranger, figue séchée...). Les textures sont dingues et les glaces sont très parfumées. Je vous conseille vraiment de soutenir ces personnes qui sont adorables (nous avons eu le plaisir de discuter à deux reprises avec le patron et il a eu la gentillesse de nous offrir le café) et qui font honneur à leur profession.
