François Coquillages — Restaurant in Marseille

I got a fish soup, an octopus salad and a wolffish (Loup). The fish soup was incredible; this is my first time having this dish, and the combination of the bread, the sauce, the cheese and the soup was perfect. The portion of the octopus salad was very generous- the salad was also well seasoned The fish was rather bland- might not order it the next time, but the waiter was very kind to cut the fish nicely in half.

Will definitely visit this...

When we went in, we were quite skeptical as the decor of the restaurant looked like something that’s been trendy 20 years ago, but what we ate was phenomenal. Very very good service! Owner was very nice and friendly, and the fish soup was soooo good. Came with croutons and homemade garlic butter that we wiped out.
