This is the only place with food in this terminal. Avoid it unless you really need something.
My wife and I grabbed a couple of tomato mozzarella croissants and an orange juice, all of which are overpriced. However, as my wife bites in she discovers the croissant has ham; we're both vegetarian. I bring it over and try to explain to the woman who appears to be a manager in limited French plus Spanish; this one must have been in the wrong place. She tells me we already started eating it so we couldn't get a new one. I tried again to explain that it was in the wrong place, and she seemed to give up arguing and told me to go ahead and get a new one. I go over to grab it, and, looking closer, discover that they were all in the wrong place; which means I had unknowingly grabbed one with ham too. I returned to tell the manager, since I thought she would like to know about this problem, and brought mine to exchange too, which I had opened and touched but not yet bitten into. She said "this one too? No." I had to insist she come with me so I could show her. She pointed at them, saying "these have ham," which is not apparent by their appearance. I understood that now, of course, but I had to get her to look and actually read the signs to see that they were in the wrong place. She still didn't want to let me switch them. Worst pret ever
First of all apparently both duty free and Pret are closed until 3 pm
So...craving for a coffee I asked one of the staff in pret for a cappuccino around 14:50. The reply was: we are closed, if you want a coffee go to the coffee machine. Of course the machine took my money without giving me the coffee, found out by a cleaner that this machine has been broken for a while

Tried to order my cappuccino but the staff was so aggressively rude. I decided that wasn’t worth even spending 2 pounds here. Never been treated...
