Extremely disappointed. My fiance and I were here on the first night of our 10 day vacation, I had emailed back and forth with the restaurant prior to our trip to ensure that they were aware of/and was assured that my severe allergies to all nuts, nut products and eggplant could/would be accommodated. Upon arrival we re-iterated my allergy to our server, who again acknowledged that I would be ok with the items on the tasting menu. The food, wine pairings, atmosphere and service was fantastic, right up until the main course, which was a pigeon dish with mole sauce - which I am aware often contains nuts - but was told that this one did not. Immediately after consuming - I started to have a full on anaphylactic reaction where my tongue swelled to 2-3x it's normal size and my airways began to shut. We asked one of the staff to call an ambulance while I administered my epi-pen in the bathroom. While we waited for the ambulance to arrive the staff seemed indifferent to what was going on - seeming more concerned with us paying our bill before we left rather than my well being. After being picked up by the ambulance, taken to the hospital and spending 6 hours there I was shocked to receive an email from the restaurant suggesting that I had failed to inform them of all of my food allergies - so rather than taking any kind of responsibility for the situation (perhaps a miscommunication in the kitchen - or some cross contamination) they essentially tried to place the blame on me. As someone who has lived with severe food allergies for over 30 years, regularly eats out and has consumed all of the ingredients that they listed to me in the email I am appalled by the lack of care and attention that this Michelin guide...
Read moreNot impressed. At all. The restaurant is set in a very inspiring environment but there it ends. Poor service and bland food.
Booked in advance, verified one person as vegetarian both before and at the restaurant (we are French speaking). My vegetarian company was actually served chorizo hidden in one of the dishes. If that wasn't enough, the meat courses in our menu was served as is, but without meat to the vegetarian person. Did the 90ties just call?!
But let's leave that. The four course menu really impressed visually but the taste was bland. Nothing sticks out, seems like they are trying hard but even forgetting that sometimes just some salt and pepper is enough, The recommended wines were good though. Some of the extra side dishes were inspiring.
Service was altogether bad. Personnel rushing back and forth, throwing out cutlery and glasses in a mess on the table during the dinner. No refilling of water and stressed presentation of the dishes.
We were offered no explanation or excuse for the vegetarian mess, just a shrug like these things happen. Nope, not at a place like this.
Food may have gotten *, but the service pulled it to ** and the above mess results in a *.
Cannot recommend this place, there are FAR better places in Montpellier...
Read moreNous sommes venu dîner un mardi soir à 20h30 , l’accueil un peu glaciale . La serveuse nous installe à une table dans la patio, l’endroit et splendide. La serveuse blonde vient à notre table après 30 minutes d’attente pour nous demander le menu souhaiter , nous prenons le menu 6 plats . Elle nous répond sèchement que normalement il faut arriver avant mais qu’elle l’accepte de nous servir vu que nous avons attendu . Bref , le repas passe , la serveuse ne décroche pas un sourire, mange et mâche pendant qu’elle sert à les clients . De plus , elle rigole à la table d’à coté, alors que pour les autres clients , le sourire est difficile . Bref, lieu très agréable et très jolie , mais les plats sont fade et le service est pitoyable ! Inadmissible pour une restaurant soit disant gastronomique !

Je pense que cela dépend dès goût et des couleurs . Malheureusement pour vous ? Il faut aussi savoir accepter la critique pour s’améliorer pour un restaurateur comme vous dites. Et de ce que je vois de votre réponse , c’est que c’est de notre faute si nous avons pas passer un bon moment . Pour un échange , il faudrait déjà un peu d’envie de sourire , et ne pas manger devant les gens . Et oui la petite serveur rigoler bien à la table d’a coter parce c’était tout simplement un membre de sa famille vu qu’elle y retourner toute les 5 minutes vu que vous êtes de mauvaise fois et que vous faites passer les clients pour les méchants .
En tout cas , c’est pas très jolie mais de ce que j’ai vu , c’est exactement les mêmes reponse que vous donnez au gens pas contents donc bon c’est que ce restaurant doit...
