Rude Waiter & Very Bad Service !

We were six people for drinks and dinner and were given three small round tables.After being seated nobody came to take the order for almost 15 minutes until I had to get up and request service.

There was one bottle of water for 6 persons.Had to get up again and request for more water. Two small cups of tortilla chips on two tables. When asked for some more tortillas the waiter got upset.

The waiter was extremely rude and abrupt! He gave us only one food menu for six people and was in a hurry and snatching the menu back. He was slamming plates and glasses on the table. Threw the bill on the table and walked away.

The menu is in French. Staff don't speak English properly

I am surprised the management is not addressing this issue despite so many complaints on web reviews. Also, this is a tourist place and they should go the extra yard not only to maintain a good reputation for their restaurant, but they are also cultural ambassadors of their country and this kind of behavior does not help.

I brought this matter to the attention of the manager. Having returned from holidays I called the restaurant to speak to someone again and none of them understand English properly. I was asked to call back in 10 minutes to speak to someone in English and now they are not answering my calls.

Visited here with my boyfriend and we ordered the exact same dish, steak with pepper sauce. Upon serving us the bald waiter looked at the two dishes before placing them in front of us. There was a visible size difference between the two steaks with the notably smaller looking one in front of me, and he made the misogynistic comment “Small steak for the lady, slim slim”. He walked away and I flagged him down again moments later to ask why I got a smaller steak, and he tired to convince us they were the same weight, which understandably led me to question why he said I got a smaller steak for being a woman. At this point his colleague came over, I can’t speak great French but I understood what the original waiter was saying to him, not mentioning the being a woman comment. His colleague tried to explain the weight of the steaks were the same, so I then used Google translate to explain the misogyny shown towards me through the comment. He was appalled and the bald waiter denied it. The second waiter was extremely apologetic, and a supplementary piece of steak was brought to our table to compensate. Another member of staff was also very nice and equally apologetic for the behaviour of their colleague.

Place| it’s near the beach with lots of other restaurants on the same strip.

We got a great welcome and magnificent service, waiter was attentive, helpful and friendly ☺️

We ate super well, big plates for a reasonable price and everything tasted good 😊

We had pasta 🍝 beef, chips🥩 🍟

To drink we have a few cocktails but not with enough alcohol 😅😂 but I asked for more and the waiter quickly brought it over ❤️

Over all| I liked the spot and the staff 😊⭐️
