Aggressive Behaviour and Disturbing Experience
My girlfriend and I had an extremely distressing experience at this restaurant.
After being served what appeared to be an undercooked dish, we raised our concerns politely. Instead of addressing the issue professionally, the staff became argumentative. When we declined to pay a 10% service charge (which is not legally mandatory in France), it was eventually removed — but the situation escalated when we requested a discount for the unfinished meal.
A person identifying as the manager refused to speak with us directly and walked away without resolving the matter, leaving the communication to another server.
During this time, a female staff member in red began raising her voice at our table. When my girlfriend began recording to document the incident, the staff member grabbed the phone from her hand and ran inside the restaurant. We followed to retrieve it and encountered further physical confrontation.
After stepping outside to contact the police, we were approached again by staff. One threw a liquid from a glass at us, and another made a physical attempt to pull me back toward the restaurant. A staff member also made comments that suggested we should leave or risk further problems, which we found very threatening.

We did not have a chance to eat there, because waitress was very rude and inflexible. I came with my family (3 adults, 2 children and small dog, we also had stroller with us) in the restaurant and asked for a table. Inside it was completely empty, and the girl showed us a round table, which was set for 5 persons, but was a bit small for us. I asked her if it would be possible for us to take another round table, which was set for 6 persons. Then the discussion: W - waitress A - Alex (my self):
W - (with annoyed intonation) No, you are only 5, and this table is for 6 persons. What would I do, in case 6 persons's company will come in next minute?
A - But the restaurant is empty and you don not know who will or will not come in next minutes, and we are already here and we would like to have that bigger table.
W - But if somebody will come.... No it is not possible.
A - O.k. Thank you very much, we will eat in a different restaurant. Have a nice day.
