SCAM, and rude. 2,50 euros for a take-away espresso, plus it will be served to you by the owner on a tone that makes you think you're an employee there or one of his kid... Very rude and poorly educated tenant, special prices for the 'tourists' (yes, dear, it's written 1,7 euros on your direct website... and by the way it should be the ultimate maximum for a 5mL carton cup of hot water... go check and ask the Masters of café 30k away, after the border, or even your colleagues in central Nice). If you ask, they will tell you with tears 'we just do restaurant prices, no take-away'. First, tell it to the client that orders directly at the bar a 'take away coffee please', and give him the porcelain cup with the coffee then, if you don't do take-away. Well, then, if you don't do take-aways, why do you a have a whole set of carton cups, wooden spins and sugar, and use it ? Finally, look at your own menu again, yes... you have a 'brasserie' section, different from the restaurant one. Completly bad faith manager, and obviously, just here for money. Very bad experience all the way, and it was just for two minutes....

Stayed from 13:00 - 15:15, left without receiving food… Horrible service and very aggressive owner! Went there at lunchtime today. It took 15 mins for us to receive drink menus, another 10mins to get anyone to take drink orders, 20mins to receive drinks… we should have left the place at that point, but silly us, we decided to stay there for lunch… after one hours we only managed to drink a bottle of water since we had nothing else on the table available we decided to leave. Despite numerous attempts to talk to the staff they gave no indication when the food will be ready and how much longer we needed to wait. We stayed there from 13:00 till 15:15… we left the place after rude and aggressive treatment by the owner. He never apologised, just said that his place will be full this evening anyway so he doesn’t care! Such a disgusting behaviour from someone who gets his livelihood from...

Was recommended this place and it really let down... My wife had a pasta dish that was good so it gets 2 stars for that and it's location/view but I had a medium steak that was somehow burnt on the outside but completely raw inside...tough and chewy. I don't really ever send food back but this was inedible so they tried to cook it longer but to no avail...just a chewy piece of charred meat. The server said "sorry" and we left having been satisfied enough with my wife's dish. Was still charged for the steak despite not eating it but at that point just wanted to leave.

Place looked like it'd be decent for a quick breakfast but they definitely don't have the cooks to be...

I have been several times, and will probably go back. This review is limited to my latest visit, October 2023. We all took the fixed menu of the day which included the dish of the day, Seafood Linguine. Very large serving, good value for money. The desserts were equally big, so for a fixed price the value is good. If you take à la carte, a dessert is 11 or more euros which is pricey. There was somebody smoking on the terrace, which annoyed me, hence the 4 stars. Overall 125 euros for 3 people, drinks, food, half-bottle of wine, coffee. Not cheap, but ok especially for the quantity of food served. The view is amazing!

Stopped here for an impromptu lunch because they had nonstop service and it was the afternoon. I had an amazing meal consisting of three different types of fish, rice, and vegetables. The prices were a little higher than normal but I suppose it was worth it given how delicious my plate was. I also ordered two grapefruit juices which were 6euros each so that increased my bill. Overall I had a nice experience and the servers were nice to me as well!! Thank you!!
