I ate half lobster with spaghetti on Feb 11 2023, from 7:15 pm to 8 pm. Then after two hours, I start to feel sick and puke. The next day I spent 70€ to see a doctor….
However, I confirmed with the boss that the lobster was freshly killed or frozen after I finished the meal. He said lobster was cut in half in the morning. I think that’s why meat quality was different between claw and body.
The service and staff were friendly, but just to remind might be careful with the quality of the ingredients.

First, I think as a chief might know about their texture different between freshed killed and storage freezer from morning to night. As you mention other half part had been used in the morning. So I ate the part already store for half of the day.
Second, about the window I saw there have live seafood in there. this is the reason why I chose this restaurant. I expected that chief would take one of lobster to cook when I ordere. Sadly it didn't.
Third, finishing the food/plate is for not wasting food. If wasting food is the way to protest, I think that I would not do it.
Fourth, after I saw the restaurant's reply. I'm a little bit disappointed with customer service. I will downgrade from two stars...
Read moreHad the caprese salad, don't bother to order as it's a few lettuce leaves, a tomato and burrato, no basil or interesting tomatoes, flavourless and limp. Then the seafood linguine, bland, tasteless, just some seafood cooked with cherry tomatoes and slapped on pasta, completely flavourless. Staff are friendly but got caught up in a table of friends and forgot about the rest of the venue. Update after comments from Le terre del sud: Now a 1 star review based on your rude comments - clearly you have no desire to improve, but rather to live in your self deluded greatness where you have convinced yourself that the food is amazing.
The guests arrived and your staff spent a good 10 minutes chatting to them and ignoring the tables around them. Whilst you were having a great time, the rest of your guests were not. I definitely did not "congratulate" your staff, I merely said goodbye and thank you - I was totally unimpressed and that just shows your lack of emotional intelligence that you can stand around chatting to family and friends and not pick up that your guests are irritated with your service. I was merely polite on leaving, this review is the true experience. I cook better at home, and I wouldn't call myself...

It may have been a one off, but there was at least one very bad clam in it. Not risking food poisoning I left half the dish and most of the shellfish uneaten. All okay. These things happen.
However what happened after was an insistence by the waiter that all was okay and I should finish it. Not surprisingly I refused. More instence was then forthcoming that it was all fresh sea food (if they really believe that they should talk to their supplier, it's not, most likely forzen or a few days hanging around, nothing unusual). Problem was that there was absolutely no apology, no offer to re-do the dish, no discount, nothing. So a complete failure in customer service. Any of these would have been sufficient, hence two star and a very annoyed customer. My advice is to avoid the seafood linguine and otherwise enjoy a very average...
