Avoid at All Costs – Worst Dining Experience Ever
I don’t usually write reviews, but I feel obligated to warn others about Nonna, a so-called French restaurant that delivered one of the worst dining experiences I’ve ever had.
We were three people and paid €84 for a meal that was not only disappointing, but borderline absurd. We ordered our meat medium, and what arrived at the table was raw—not rare, not undercooked, but literally raw meat, cold in the middle. When we flagged it to the staff, they casually admitted it hadn’t been cooked yet and took it back only then to “prepare it properly.” Completely unacceptable.
When the food finally returned, it was somehow even worse. Instead of being grilled or seared, it looked like it had been boiled. The texture was rubbery, the taste was off, and it was still raw in the center. Not even remotely what we ordered—or what anyone should be served in a restaurant pretending to have standards.
Service was indifferent at best. No apologies, no effort to make up for the clear mistake, just a shrug and a bill that frankly felt like an insult.
Nonna is an overpriced disaster with shockingly poor food and an alarming lack of professionalism. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place entirely. There are countless better options—don’t waste your money or your...
