Régence Plage By Radisson Blu — Restaurant in Nice

If you’re coming for the beach and not staying at the hotel, you’ll notice a difference in the service I think- we did at least! We booked through the app “My Sunbed” and payed over €100 (which is about $140 for Canadians). We paid extra for a front row beach bed two days in advance and when we arrived they refused to give us a front row spot because they were reserved for hotel guests? The staff was very disrespectful, especially the waiter named Andrea. Hate to name people like that but he was extremely unprofessional and rude. Definitely should not be working in the hospitality industry lol. After arguing with the staff and explaining multiple times that I booked and paid in advance, they threw a couple chairs off to the side for us behind the lifeguard stand haha. I recommend taking your business somewhere...

2 stars only for the effort of these young ladies who work there. They would give their best.

But the "older" men who work there.... they dont listen, they have heated arguments with eachother where they use swear words in arabic like no one would understand. You could follow them and see that they walk around and act busy and wouldn't do anything. You ask for a table and they say "5minutes" what turn into 30min.

You ask them if I can order a dish in a certain type of way and they tell you "yees no problem my friend" and the dish would NOT come the way you ordered it, after almost 1 hour of waiting. Not even mentioning the horrendous prices of the food that...

Régence Plage: Beautiful spot to enjoy lunch and a view of the azur blue water. Lots of tables - mostly shaded; there are also lots of lounges in full sun (with a parasol). Service is friendly and welcoming. Great menu with salads, burgers, sandwiches, as well as classic french dishes like beef tartare and steak. The club sandwich is huge, and delicious. Loved my salmon burger too - fries were excellent. Being close to the airport, it’s the perfect spot to stop before catching a flight. The Nice City - Airport Tram route 2 runs past, and the Sainte-Helene stop is almost directly opposite the Régence Plage. Come for lunch, stay...
