Don Roberto — Restaurant in Nice

This Pizza was just amazing. If every Pizza would be like that, the world would be a better place. The dough is superb. The ingredients are well balanced. It does not drown in a ton of cheese or tomato sauce. So it was even kind of crunchy in the center, were often the dough is soft and only half baked. You can see that the dough is made and matured well, as towards the edge it gets not just more crunchy, but also fluffy as it raised well. And that for a very reasonable price. This is a very basic place to sit, as most of its Business is from take away or delivery. But i will come back. Refreshing in comparison to all the overprized touristy...

Great pizza. Located just a block from the Nice beach, this place was one of a few places still opened when we arrived past 8pm. The place was run by a mother and a daughter - there was delivery guy as well. They were very pleasant and friendly. We ordered two pizzas and a few bottles of beer for take out. 30 minutes later we were back to this place to get another extra large for take away. The lady was taking out individual rested dough balls to make large pizza. It was pleasant enough to see our pizzas being made. Terrible Experience – Avoid This Place

I rarely leave reviews, but last night’s meal from this restaurant was awful. Both my spouse and I got food poisoning, ruining our two-day trip to Nice, France. We traveled all the way from Canada, only to end up sick in our hotel. A real disappointment for a city known for great food. Be cautious before dining here!
