We had a wonderful meal to celebrate my husband’s birthday. It was truly incredible. We enjoyed a variety of lasagnas, all made with fresh ingredients—including authentic Italian prosciutto. We tried the Vegana, Ricotta and Spinach, Bolognese, and two Salmon options. Each dish was delicious.
For dessert, we chose the chocolate cake with ice cream and the classic tiramisu—both were absolutely gorgeous. What made the experience even more special was the beautiful weather. It was warm at the beach, but the restaurant is perfectly situated right next to the sea, offering a shaded area where you can dine comfortably, protected from the direct sun. This is a great advantage, as many seaside restaurants can become too hot and uncomfortable during the summer.
All the lasagnas came with a fresh, crisp salad, which was a lovely complement to the main dishes. Although lasagna might seem like a heavy meal for summer, it turned out to be an excellent choice.
They also offer a selection of cocktails. Today’s feature was the Amaretto Spritz, but you can also choose a Limoncello Spritz. We enjoyed a very good Italian wine as well—Nero di Troia, from the region of Puglia. Having visited that beautiful region, it was a pleasure to taste its wine again.
It was a lovely birthday celebration shared with my husband, my sister, our son, and myself. The staff were incredibly kind and attentive. As a special touch, they wrote “Happy Birthday” on my husband’s dessert plate, which made the moment even more memorable.
Thank you to the entire team for making the day so special. We truly look forward to coming...
Read moreI had the pleasure of dining here with my girlfriend, and we were both blown away by the quality of the food and the warmth of the service.
We started with the lasagna — I had the truffle version with added ham, and my girlfriend went for the classic Bolognese. Both were absolutely delicious. The truffle lasagna was a perfect blend of flavors — rich, creamy, and elevated by the ham, which was kindly offered as an addition. It truly felt like the perfect marriage of ingredients. The Bolognese was also fantastic, full of flavor and perfectly cooked, with just the right balance of meat and sauce.
We shared bites and paired everything with a glass of red wine, which complemented the meal beautifully. You can really taste the passion and care put into each dish — everything felt homemade and prepared with love.
To finish, we shared a classic tiramisu with an espresso. It was exceptional. You could tell it was freshly made — the Savoiardi biscuits were just right (not soggy!), and the mascarpone cream was rich, smooth, and perfectly balanced.
Beyond the food, the service was just as memorable. The owner was incredibly kind, and the staff were all welcoming and attentive. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, and we felt truly taken care of.
All in all, it was a wonderful dining experience. We will absolutely...
Read moreWe went for lunch at "Casa Lasagna" yesterday, and I must say how terrible this restaurant is, a real disgrace! We all chose the daily special ("eggplant and ham lasagna"), and we were served a vegetarian lasagna that wasn't fresh, probably from the day before or even two days old, not good (drowning in canned tomato sauce) and topped with a very questionable-looking slice of ham. It was truly disgusting, and we preferred to give the stale ham to our dog. I should mention that the cost per person for this infamous dish is €16.50! Moreover, we ordered a glass of wine: not good either, just plonk. It was impossible to get a pitcher of cold water; we were charged for a mini bottle of water instead. When we told the waitress that the dish wasn't good, and especially that we could tell it was 1 or 2 days old, she didn't deny it. The chef didn't come to apologize either. They don't care at all because their business consists in selling unworthy dishes at high prices to tourists who fall for it once (but certainly not twice) and who are quickly replaced by the next tourists. This restaurant is unworthy of Italian or French cuisine, and it's clear that the chef has never learned his trade. The only positive point is the waitress, very friendly and smiling, but that's not enough to make up for this disastrous...
