Raw Chicken and Rude Service
I've never left a bad Google review in my life, but this experience compelled me to. We ordered the 10-course "chef’s menu," and for the main course, we were served chicken that was completely raw just under the surface. It was as though it had been cooked for no more than 30 seconds.
When we calmly pointed out the issue, the waitress’ only response was "oh," without even an apology. We asked for a different dish but were initially refused, being told it had to be the chef’s menu. After politely insisting, the waiter rudely agreed to check and eventually offered to replace it with something else that we didn't want. We insisted again, and she finally agreed to change it to our requested food item. This was now the fourth interaction with the same waitress since we brought up the uncooked chicken without ANY apology.
To top it off, not more than two minutes after receiving the new dish (which we hadn't touched because we had lost our appetite), the same waitress had the nerve to come over and, in a passive-aggressive tone, asked, "so you’re ok now then?!” We silently nodded, but by then, we were so upset that we decided to leave.
When we voiced our concerns to another staff member while paying, the staff member acknowledged the rudeness of our waitress but then proceeded to blame it on the fact that her uncle had died the day before. This was both inappropriate and unprofessional, and quite frankly tells you all you need to know about this place.
I sincerely hope this review prompts Z Restaurant to improve their food quality and customer service because our experience tonight was a master class in how NOT to run...

We visited when very quiet before the dinner rush. We ordered 5 tapas and a Coke. The server then charged us 96 Euro and we didn’t realise until walked off. Up to that point everything was fine. Our actual bill should have been 58 Euro. He had put the wrong order in even with roughly 4 people in the restaurant. When we came back to enquire he grabbed a random receipt for 97.5 euro and tried to make it out as if he was going to charge us 1.5 euro or if we were happy to leave. So then we looked up the menu and calculated our bill and went back again. This time he admitted mistake, but said they don’t have any change and we should come back after shift at 11pm at night( this was 6pm). Eventually after being more assertive we got given cash for what we were Over paid. As a family with children, we thoroughly enjoyed both visits, and everything was perfect from start to finish. The food was absolutely outstanding. We fell in love with the chicken strips, pulled pork, and shrimp, which were simply amazing. And definitely don't miss their desserts – they're the cherry on top! To complement our meal, we chose a wine that was excellent and perfectly enhanced the entire dining experience. The service was incredibly kind, helpful, and attentive. We felt very comfortable, and everything was perfectly taken care of. The overall atmosphere of the restaurant was very pleasant and relaxed, which contributed to a perfect family dinner.
