This is a first class restaurant. With superb food and great service. Of all the dishes the gravalax with basil sorbet starter was exquisite. Discussing it with our waiter, he went to the trouble of getting rhe chef to write out the recipe for us (in French) then going over it with us to make sure we understood it. Great food at reasonable prices. We had friends over and decided to find a restaurant in Niort, using the Tripadvisor app. This restaurant seemed to fit our needs and didn't disappoint. This restaurant offers delicious traditional french dishes. While I found the à la carte menu was a bit pricey, they do offer an appealing weekday lunch set.
