Côté Sushi Saint-Mandé — Restaurant in Nogent-sur-Marne

I visited this sushi restaurant for lunch today and was quite disappointed by the overall experience. The food quality did not live up to expectations, the salmon in particular, lacked the freshness you'd expect from a restaurant that seems to position itself among higher-end sushi spots.

What surprised me the most is that, despite dining in, the food was not freshly prepared upon ordering. Instead, it was taken straight from the fridge where they store the pre-made "on-the-go" boxes. When you choose to dine in, you expect freshly prepared dishes, not something pre-packaged and refrigerated.

Additionally, if you order à la carte, each item comes in a separate box, even if you order multiple items. This not only creates unnecessary waste, but also takes up far too much space on the small tables, making the dining experience feel cluttered and uncomfortable. Serving all items together on a plate or shared tray would make much more sense, both practically and environmentally.

Overall, a disappointing visit. I hope the restaurant reconsiders its approach to dine-in service and...

J’appelle pour que l’on m’envoie le produit manquant et je tombe sur un jeune homme désagréable et insolent me disant de me déplacer si je le veux !
