I am a pizza snob so it takes a bit to impress me, but this place ticked all the pizza boxes. This pizza was very consistent with the traditional Neapolitan style. Nice and thin base with a lovely airy crust and good leopard spots. Many of the pizzas and wines were DOP/DOC. If you love a traditional Italian pizza I recommend this spot. We ate in and the dining set up was basic but comfortable. The food was the highlight and we enjoyed a DOC Pinot Grigio wine. Not very french at all but the pizza was exactly what my kids like. The quality of the pizza was outstanding. Really fluffy neapolitan style pizza with fresh and great ingredients, perfectly baked and really delicious. You can see that there is a lot of love in the product.
