I am a pizza snob so it takes a bit to impress me, but this place ticked all the pizza boxes. This pizza was very consistent with the traditional Neapolitan style. Nice and thin base with a lovely airy crust and good leopard spots. Many of the pizzas and wines were DOP/DOC. If you love a traditional Italian pizza I recommend this spot. We ate in and the dining set up was basic but comfortable. The food was the highlight and we enjoyed a DOC Pinot Grigio wine. Not very french at all but the pizza was exactly what my kids like. I was just looking for a good pizza around the corner of my hotel and found this small pizza shop which I guess focuses on delivery and takeaway mostly. But don't let that fool you. The quality of the pizza was outstanding. Really fluffy neapolitan style pizza with fresh and great ingredients, perfectly baked and really delicious. You can see that there is a lot of love in the product. I was amazed, how a small shop with only 2 guys and a 'regular' pizza oven (no fancy neapolitan stone wood fire thing) can deliver such quality. Also, the pricing was really good!...

I had a very nice margherita and a good bufala to take away. The pizzaiolo is passionate about details (e.g. he added a pinch of parmesan and picked fresh basil leaves) and takes great care of each pizza. Pizza is closer to the Napolitan style (with cornicione and elastic) then to the Roman one (all thin and crunchy), but still a bit more crunchy then a Napolitan pizza.
