My visits to Amorino on Rue Saint-Martin have been nothing short of delightful, and each time I step through its charming doors, I'm greeted with warmth and a smile, often by the lovely Yin. Her friendly demeanor and willingness to guide me through their extensive selection of flavors have made my ice cream experience truly memorable.
One of the standout features of Amorino is their innovative approach to presentation. Yin expertly crafted each scoop into a beautiful flower, a testament to both her skill and the shop's commitment to creativity. The coconut flavor, in particular, captured my heart with its creamy texture and irresistible taste, making it my personal favorite.
But Amorino isn't just about delicious gelato; it's also about the experience. Despite the long lines that often snake out the door, the wait is always worth it. The anticipation builds as you watch the skilled staff meticulously craft each gelato cone into a stunning floral arrangement, transforming a simple treat into a work of art.
What truly sets Amorino apart, however, is the welcoming atmosphere cultivated by its staff. From the moment you enter, you're made to feel like part of the family, with attentive service and genuine hospitality at every turn. Whether you're a first-time visitor or a regular like myself, there's always a sense of camaraderie that makes each visit feel special.
And let's not forget the wide array of flavors on offer, from classic favorites to unique creations that tantalize the taste buds. And if gelato isn't your thing, their macarons are equally delectable, offering a sweet alternative for those looking to indulge their sweet tooth.
In conclusion, Amorino on Rue Saint-Martin is more than just an ice cream shop; it's a destination. With its friendly staff, creative presentation, and mouthwatering flavors, it's a place that never fails to delight. So whether you're a local or just passing through Paris, be sure to stop by and experience the magic of Amorino for yourself. Trust me, you won't be...

I visited on June 26 around 4 PM. Prior to my trip to Paris, I had heard great things about this place from people around me and was looking forward to visiting. There were only two? staff members despite the large number of customers, resulting in a long wait time.
The system required prepayment via kiosk, but as my international card didn’t work, I had to go to the counter to place my order. Observing other customers ordering directly at the counter, I assumed it was fine to do the same. However, when I approached the counter, the Western staff member sighed and told me to use the kiosk next time, frowning in the process. This was despite my explanation that the kiosk wasn’t accepting my payment.
I wasn’t expecting top-notch service for a €5 ice cream, but as a tourist, this experience left me extremely disappointed. Does it look like I will have another opportunity to visit this gelato shop in Paris? Was it reasonable to treat me as if I would?
I understand that the staff might get frustrated due to the high number of customers and the low number of employees. I tried to be understanding and move past the incident, but I witnessed the staff treating Western customers who ordered at the counter without any mention of using the kiosk next time, handling their orders with kindness. It made me feel that I was being discriminated against because I am Asian. This visit was truly disappointing. Working in the service industry myself, I have learnt before that one’s mood should not affect their treatment of customers. This shop needs to retrain their staff on this principle. What was meant to be an enjoyable trip was soured by...
Read moreI went to Amorino near Sacré-Cœur was great experience that’s why we decided to visit again but this shop is terrible. My aunt couldn’t speak English so I helped her to order first. The Asian staff is nice. She tried to understand what my aunt wanted. However, the European woman is so rude, when I helped my aunt getting orders, she keeping interrupting me “what do you want?” after I told her “sorry my aunt can’t speak English so just a second “ and she still kept asking. After my aunt finally finished ordering, I decided on one flavor for myself. Right away, the woman impatiently asked, “How many flavors do you want?” as if I was too slow. In the end, I received an ice cream that was smaller than my aunt’s. And there was NO other customer expect us. I don’t understand why she was so rude. I can tell the huge difference customer service between the shop near Sacré-Cœur and the shop here. So don’t come this shop if you don’t want to get...
