Arcimboldo — Restaurant in Paris

My family of six went to Arcimboldo as it was near our hotel in France. We read about the good reviews and we were not disappointed that everything from the food up to the owner, which happens to be the head waiter as well, exceedingly met our expectations. We tried the neopolitan , the 4 cheese, and the buratta. All of them tasted so well up to the last slice. We will definitely eat here again when we go back to Paris. SO GOOD! We ate here in November 2022 and it was super nice. Thin crust with a lovely crunch, clever toppings (the mushroom pizza with kashi was really different and delicious), and clàssics done perfectly - margherita with lovely pesto, burrata with peperoncini, yum! The first place we ate in Paris. Kids were horribly tired from the long flight and we really needed something to eat. The owner was kind and helpful and we had the Margerita and Burrata pizza. It was amazing. My North American born kids both said it was the best pizza they had ever had. I agree, it was exactly what we needed. Fresh, think, just the right amount of sauce and toppings.
