Myself, kids, niece and friend had a pleasure staying at the Cadet Residence for nine days. It was the most comfortable and cleanest place we stayed in while in Paris, France. Please, if you are looking for a great place to stay while on vacation, the Cosy Cadet Residence is the best place. Don't go for Airbnb. It was the worst mistake i've ever had. The house which I rented was not of good standing. The pictures were misleading until I saw the place for myself. The peoples and bed were disgusting. The sofa was smelling if old sweat. My kids and I had to look for another accommodation. I ended up at Cosy Cadet Residence which was the best thing we ever did. The staff was very helpful. It felt like home away from home. I gave it a five star because it was up to max. Close to a lot of restaurant and the metro station is in walking distance. We were very happy with our stay at the Cosy Cadet Residence. So if your next trip is to Paris, please take it from me, book with Cosy...
Read moreThis is a terrible apart-hotel. One of the worst accommodations I have ever been. The room seems clean but it is super dusty. I have dust allergy and I have to take my medicine all the time for a good sleeping. The attention is the worst. They seem very nice, but it's just appearance. We had a problem with our child and the sheets of the bed, and they were not happy at all to change the sheets the morning later (and we spent around 250 euros per night...) At the end they did not change the whole sheet-set, only one of them. The fitter sheet remained dirty...So we had to put a towel up to be able to use the bed. I felt uncomfortable about having to claim this issue for the second time, so we let it go. Of course neither we will back in the place nor recommend it to anyone else. They abuse the amount of tourists there are in Paris, and they are indifferent to the service they offer. There were no pans to cook with, only pots and only one dishwasher tablet for 4 days. Pitiful,...

Horrible service. Reception is only open from 9am to 6pm yet they advertise a luggage hold. I contacted the reception desk 5 times to inquire about holding luggage before 9am and did not receive a response. Additionally, I completed the registration form stating we had 3 guests. Upon arrival late at night, we only had 2 sets of towels in the bathroom. The reception was closed, and we could not get another towel.
I also called the phone number for Cadet Residence during operating hours and received a message stating they we're closed and I was to send an email. They did not responded to my previous 5 emails.
Overall, save yourself the headache and book somewhere else.
UPDATE- I was finally able to get in touch with someone at the reception desk using the chat feature on my check out page. They were able to hold my luggage and I picked it up later in the afternoon. While everything ended up working out in the end, this did cause extra stress...
