Very disappointed with our experience dining here. The concept of the restaurant is “Anger”, you expect bold flavors: spicy, sour, bitter, maybe more unique textures, something crunchy. You’ll get none of this: dishes don’t match the concept.
My friend and I chose Mystery Menu which was supposed to be 5 different dishes and a dessert, all to share. Two first dishes, supposedly starters were 5 halves of boiled eggs and barely spicy mayo on top and 3 pieces of asparagus. Mind you it was two of us so I don’t know why these awkward quantities. Boiled eggs are very simple and not what you expect from starters. Plain flavors and nothing unique. The main dishes were ragu with beans and carrots, and the other one was raw meat and beetroot. Again, very mild flavors reminiscent of homemade cozy food. Last meal is white fish, wrapped in a cabbage drown in salty sauce.
By the end you’re filled up with boiled eggs, beans, raw meat, fish, cabbage and beetroot - a recipe of indigestion.
Add to this the final cherry on top - an apple pie with questionable dough and sour cream.
Service was great and attentive. But food is not worth it. Don’t get the raving reviews. Maybe anger is what you’re supposed to feel after spending €100+ for such a...
Read moreI’ve been to restaurants that were more photogenic than delicious, but this one takes the cake. The decor? Stunning—warm lighting, elegant tableware, and an ambiance .. But the food? Well… that’s where things fall apart.
I attended a tasting, which meant I had the chance to try a good chunk of the menu. And honestly? Nothing stood out. Nothing. The dishes were fine, but for these prices, “fine” just doesn’t cut it. Instead of bold, memorable flavors, we got odd combinations that looked better than they tasted.
Maybe the issue is that the menu changes every week, leaving the kitchen struggling to keep up? It feels like they’re throwing ideas at the wall, hoping something sticks. But creativity without solid execution doesn’t work. Perhaps they’d be better off focusing on a few standout dishes rather than constantly churning out new ones that feel more experimental...
Read moreThe restaurant is absolutely beautiful, with an ambiance that makes it perfect for a relaxed evening of food and conversation. The staff stood out to me right away – genuinely kind, professional, and creating a really welcoming atmosphere. The shareable plates were generous and quite filling, which worked well for the concept.
The only parts that didn’t quite reach the same level were the gnoccho and the cocktails. The gnoccho felt a bit too simple compared to the rest of the menu, with just a straightforward sauce and presentation. And while the cocktails were good, they lacked those little finishing touches – like clear ice – that would have made them feel more refined.
Still, overall, it’s a wonderful place with great energy and service. With just a couple of details elevated, it could easily be a...
