Really the worst experience I’ve ever had at any restaurant all over Paris. I’m shocked how this place is even open. It was really disgusting to see how an authentic sushi place is ruined because of its extremely rude staff. The waiter came up to me and started shouting at me. I believe in karma and I am sure it will get back to him. I paid the bill in full but there was no remorse from the waiter. Even though I told him to apologize for his mistake multiple times. It is a shame and pitty that we have to experience such stuff at restaurants even though we are paying in full.

The food gets 5 stars but the service is 3. I went on a Friday around 1:00 pm. It took forever to get my order taken and to bring the drinks (Kirin) and some water. In fact my salad came first! The sushi was fresh and the dumplings yummy! I've noticed that most authentic ethnic restaurants always tend to have bad service no matter what country you're in.

This place was so freaking good. We went to the catacombs and this was a short walk from there. The food was so awesome, fresh and delicious. The service was fantastic we don’t speak French and they helped us through the whole experience. I will be back to Paris and I will be back to this sushi restaurant. They have ruined me for sushi in my area!

The decor is simple, pretty, and comfortable. Its rarely ever packed, even when full, you have open space and carefully placed seating so you don't feel like a battery hen. Its only packed when many peeps come in for takeaway, which is reasonable, and expected, as it's THAT good. The service is fast, friendly, polite, patient. The waitress made recommendations, explained the menu, the deals, and what was good with what. I got the MM1 meal both evenings i went there, with the €2 supplement for evening time (only with the MM meals- as they're intended as lunch: Menu Midi). The miso soup was served with the cabbage quite quickly, just after we received our drinks & aperatifs, as the sushi was being prepared fresh, right at the counter: a sort of open kitchen style. The atmosphere was chill, people pleasantly chatting away, whilst waiting on, or enjoying their meals. Before the starting dishes were finished, all of our sushi arrived at the same time. It tastes fresh, perfect temperature, not too cold. Presented beautifully. The decorated chopsticks i loved. This was our first good meal in Paris. And it only took 3 days(!). We were left to enjoy our food, after the waitress did one final round to make sure we had everything we needed. After we finished eating, we weren't peddled out our rushed, or bombarded with requests to order more drinks or food. Overall it was a very nice, calm and comforting experience. We even went back the next day to order takeaway, for which we get a 10% discount (on all takeout) as if it wasn't already great value. Tip big, because this kind of service seems to be rare. And I'm English, and we don't tip, so thats...
