Bounce Luggage Storage - Paris Catacombs — Local services in Paris

It is absurd to pay for a service that unprofessional. It looks like an amateur’s business. Not reliable at all. A tourist service and no one there who speaks English. The worst is: the luggage is supposed to be left with the waitress and you get no ticket/any kind of paper identifying your luggage or yourself (to prevent anyone else to pick it up instead of you). We tried to ask for any safety measure and the answer was something like: “no need for that. It’s ok, you can go and come back later.” Felt like a joke… Despite of having already paid for that service in advance, we ended up leaving the place without leaving the luggage there, considering there was no identify control of the users of said service and any kind of ticket that identifies the client’s luggage and allows it’s...

I had the worst experience possible with this bounce location.

They didn't check our identity and didn't mark ou bag in any way. Literally anyone could come and collect our bag since they didn't check anyone's identity.

There was no security whatsoever, no lockers or closed rooms, the bag was just supposed to be left with the waitress.

Also no one spoke English so it was impossible to communicate. The staff was very rude and we didn't feel safe enough to leave our belongings so we ended up not using the service and took...

Too expensive for what it is.

If there were lockers or a separate room it would be fine. As it is, you drop your bag near the stairs in the main restaurant room and can walk right in/out to grab it without confirmation or questioning. Barely had to show my booking confirmation to drop it off. Didn’t show anything or speak to anyone to pick it up.
