I came across Baladna very randomly, as I was looking for a place to eat on a very rainy day in Paris. Baladna is not a huge place but it feels very homey and cozy. We were directly greeted by the waitress who sat us down and gave us the menu.
We ordered the plat du jour, which came with a choice of entrée: Hommos, Salade Orientale, Taboulé, Laban Concombre ou Foul Moudamas. For the main plate, I got Ailes de poulet. As a Lebanese person, I was expecting it to look more like a plate of «djej bel saniyye» but it was still very good despite not being what I expected.
The dessert was probably the best part, I got the Mhalabiyye and it was incredible.
For 14.90euros, I think it was definitely worth it. I would love to go back and try the dinner menu...
