Banh Mi — Restaurant in Paris

Another spot on my to do list to visit. After the La Conciergerie, I steered my partner to Berthillon Glacier. The weather was cold, but I would not let that stop me from trying the ice cream.

Once finding the store, I was expecting a long line, as it was noon. But to my surprise, there was no crowd at all. A plus for me as I was served immediately. I ordered the chestnut with rum and my partner, the fig sorbet. Both were excellent, but I like mines better. The richness of the ice cream with the flavors of both the chestnut and rum was wonderful. It warmed me up during the cold noon.

This was a much needed Asian fix for my wife and I. The owner was super friendly and very energetic. She spoke Vietnamese which was great to hear. She also speaks Chinese, French, and English very fluently. We had the bo bun and a bo banh mi. Both were delicious. Beware of the peppers though, they can be quite spicy. Prices aren't ridiculous either. 7€ for the banh mi and 8.5€ for a bowl of bo bun. The place is small and can be easy to miss. I highly recommend this "hole...

This place is fire! I’m the type of foodie where I love authenticity and your own twist on it. This place although, decorations need some work, the cook is amazingly friendly and on it. We had the pork caramel and rice with chicken. Top tier 👌🏼 we travelled from Canada to get our tastebuds blessed with this meal. The viet ice coffee is amazing.

I like homey and cozy spots not too busy like this place. Would recommend 10/10
