Incredibly delicious and authentic Vietnamese food and fantastic value!
Tastes just like my family makes and like the dishes I've eaten in Vietnam and really hit the spot!
I think we interacted with the owner. He was super friendly but also went above and beyond to explain everything that was vegan and recommended a dish for my partner.
She got the bobun vegan bowl after he took the time to explain all of the ingredients in it.
I got a similar bowl but with grilled chicken.
The herbs are fresh, the noodles had a great bite, and the meat and vegan meat was deliciously seasoned, and the sauce (both vegan and non vegan) were on point.
I was very impressed with the vegan meal. It's just as good as the meat option. I'm going back for my own vegan bowl next time.
Most places have vegan food as an afterthought but this place takes the time to make it just as good as his original dish.
This was the best vegan Vietnamese food I've had outside of Vietnam!
He also gives really hearty portions at a fantastic price, so you will not be hungry or disappointed!
After we got our food, he recommended a beautiful park down the block for us to enjoy our meal.

food is the closest one from the one i found in hcmc , vietnam; except, but they already know this, the Pho which is a little bit more french than vietnamese, but it's a thing that i cannot condamn, some french habits are so difficult to loose... so... they adapted a bit...

Read moreQuite expensive bobun (take-away lunch 11.50). The vegan version I got contained a kind of wood stick with soy meat alternatives and something battered and fried. To me this tasted more like for-show items than making this bobun a nicely composed meal. I would prefer some other bobun places in Paris any time (which will also usualy be quite a bit cheaper). I don not understand the current high rating of this place at all.
PS: I now changed the rating from two stars to one star after the owner gave an inappropriate response to this review. Good luck with your future...
