Iki — Restaurant in Paris

To put a perspective to "Ro Sa" comment, that I feel very negative : For a "sushi shop around the corner" or a quick bite near the train station, I feel that place to be fair and satisfying. Now if you are looking for fine dining, yes you should target other places, but don't expect to pay the same price neither.

Personally, my worse sushi experience was in a Michelin 1 star, rated 2nd best sushi place in Sao Paulo (that holds a huge japanese community). I paid 90 EUR for 12 sushis, and it left me with a very bitter taste as there were nothing exceptionnal. Iki, at an average 25EUR bill, remains a much better quality/price ratio and while "average" in taste, it stills makes it far better than the average sushi spot in Paris, and without anything to really complain about (yet the tempura and desserts could be cheaper)

Bonne échoppe à Sushis et snacks japonais. On est bien au dessus des (mauvais) lieux typiques sino japonais de la capitale avec de bons produits, tant côté sushis, yakitoris que coté fritures (tempuras, takoyakis).

Certes ca ne casse pas trois pattes à un canard, mais la cuisine fait un effort. C'est bon, ca fait son office et c'était très très calme ce vendredi soir.

C'est la deuxieme fois que l'on vient après plusieurs mois d'écart, et ca n'a pas bougé en terme de qualité.

Le sourire et la sympathie manque au service, mais ils font le job, donc...

Maybe this spot is amazing for sushi but the ramen I ordered was probably the worst ramen I've had. It lacked any type of seasoning. I could've bought two eggs and boiled them along with some noodles and it would've tasted the same.

The Jasmin tea was good. The octopus meatballs were good but way too hot. Poke some holes on them before eating them or you might burn...
