Boulangerie LIBERTÉ — Restaurant in Paris

I picked up assorted baked goods for breakfast for myself and my spouse and we both agreed that the quality was simply lacking. Beautiful presentation at the boulangerie, but the food tasted like it was leftover from the day prior. Not fresh tasting, and a sad reminder that I should have returned to La Parisienne across the street. Comparatively, more expensive than La Parisienne as well. The orange juice was good, but didn't make up for the lackluster food. While there are many superior options for breakfast and baked goods on Rue St Dominique, if you have to come here, I do recommend the moelleux chocolate with salted caramel and the orange juice. Otherwise, skip this place and head over to the far superior La Parisienne, a better treat for your bouche...

Decent Boulangerie but lacks human empathy!

I bought a pesto muffin and an americano which were both average tasting, however, my reason for the poor review is the lack of empathy by the staff. Firstly I asked if there was wifi, one staff seemed quite reluctant and dismissive, the other said sorry but it is very spotty. I then asked if they had any pin for me to change my sim in my phone the one again was dismissive and said “no” immediately and rudely the other gave a half attempt at helping but then said no. I was almost stranded and needed internet connection I believe that they could’ve been more helpful.

I would never return here, empathy really...

Client depuis l’ouverture, j’apprécié cette boulangerie quand le service était efficace et les produits étaient bons

Maintenant depuis qu’ils ont enlevé la vitre, toutes les viennoiseries et les produits les plus voulu comme la babka, Sont À hauteur de la bouche de quiconque, entre crachats, postillons, et éternuements. C’est dégueulasse de voir une boulangerie avec si peu de respect pour la réglementation de la santé

Il faut s’assurer que ce qu’on achète n’a pas de cracher dessus. Étant donné que j’habite proche je passe souvent et ça m’est déjà arrivé dans les dernières semaines de voir une dame éternuer sur les cookies avec une main à moitié ouverte

Je comprends que le management préfère avoir une clientèle touristique qui ne reviendra pas. Personnellement ça me surprend qu’il préfère pas garder un client qui dépense en moyenne 20 € la semaine

J’espère que vous voyez ça, et que vous remettiez en place le vert.

Update septembre 2022: le prix à augmenter mais les portions sont devenus minime. Veuillez trouve ce joint une image d’un pain au chocolat qui m’a coûté 1€70

Message à la direction: si vous augmentez les prix à cause de l’inflation ne réduisez pas aussi la portion … Ca c’est la recette pour augmenter vos profits et diminuez votre...
