This was the second hotel my daughter and I stayed at in Paris! I have heard “They save the Best for last” now I have experienced it! From the instant you walk in to the stunning and sparkling hotel you feel at home(even nicer-lol!) Having a fluent in English very capable kind Concierge starts your 5* stay here. We were asked to wait in the lounge area and have wine, champagne tea, anything at all while the check in was being done, the ultimate in luxury! Our room……..looke like it was BRAND NEW and NEVER slept in. Kudos to the interior decorating team, Housekeeping (like I never have seen! I was many years ago Director of Sales and Marketing for Renaissance hotel and Pre-opening team for Marriott Fisherman’s wharf in San Fran, never have I seen a more perfect system in place nor staff training lol Ike this in 30 years! I needed a bit of relaxation after a fabulous 4 days in Paris, threw my suit on and robe and took the beautiful elevator directly down to the Spa for a sauna, when the door opened a most beautiful scent and again stunning decor hit me! It was magical the lap pool and the hot tub were filled with oxygen jets that literally made you feel more “alive than ever”! The colors and lighting…….who was their Designer? After 2 hours ~did NOT want to leave, back up to Angelina’s chocolatier and a room turned down to perfection! I needed a few hangers and a very soft pillow for my neck- 3 minutes, delivered with a smile. Fresh bottled water, delicious coffee tea, top of the line body and hair care…..who chose everything? Thank God for our concierge who made everything possible for us( this place is Magic). Last night tired let’s have a quiet dinner at the hotel! At this point we were all over….Michelin to local bistros! We almost thought we died and we’re in Culinary Cleo restaurant heaven. It was an experience to be EXPERIENCED ! Had no idea their Chef WON TOP Chef in all of France! Why oh Why we’re we not there Sooner! My daughter Annemarie and I said -we MUST Go back. Checking out Fanny their genius GM popped over to thank us and ask us about our experience! I just looked at her and exclaimed “Perfection” you have trained every person in this hotel like I have never seen before in New York, Madrid, China, Italy, on and on. I nominate Fanny General Manager of Le Narcisse Blanc Hotel in Paris, TOP GM!!!!!!!|Do yourself a favor...
Read moreTo say this hotel is anywhere near 5 stars is a complete lie. Went this past week for my honeymoon. My husband and I frequently stay at 5 star resorts so our bar is set to a specific standard. Well, initially we arrive and see the main revolving door is not working (didn’t work for the full four days we were there) so we are prompted to use small side door, no biggie. No waitstaff outside to help with luggage, brought it in ourselves- strange (until the concierge realized and came- when we were basically done). Basically the hotel is completely run off of a couple staff members trying to juggle several hats, where things go wrong. We get to our room, and I see that the shower dial is rusted- somewhat orange and yellow. Again, strange for such a highly rated hotel. However, what completely threw me off, was that the first day the concierge helped me book a massage service, which we confirmed and he gave me a confirmation slip for. I was really really looking forward to this since it was our last stop after a 2 week intensive euro trip. I went down to the spa a few hours early that day to prep and wind down. First off, 0 staff again. I could not hunt down one single person to ask how I can use a locker. The steam room was “out of service”. To think you have such a small spa with two basic features- a sauna and a steam room- it should not be out of service. Cherry on top, waited for my therapist for 30 minutes and nobody showed up. I had to hunt down a staff member who in turn informed me that there will be nobody coming in this morning as the service was not booked. I proceeded to show them my confirmation slip, to which they offered me an apology and a sorry bottle of champagne to make up for the inconvenience. NO thank you! The whole point of us staying at a hotel & spa was to utilize the spa since it was our last stop. The spa that was half unavailable- and nobody showed up for. I will look into disputing my stay since the services that were promised were not only under delivered- but not delivered at all. Horrible management, horrible service, this hotel should not even...
Read moreThe Le Narcisse Blanc Hotel & Spa is a gem, conveniently located with easy access to various points of interest. The hotel itself is a work of art, where every detail from the architecture to the furnishings is captivating. The staff is highly professional and attentive, exemplified by their prompt maintenance of the pool area, ensuring that any water marks on the deck and shower stalls are quickly cleaned after each use.||The highlight of the hotel is undoubtedly its pool and steam room facilities, though it was regrettable that the steam room was unavailable during our stay. There are a few operational details that could be improved to enhance the guest experience further:||1. During my visit to the pool and changing area, I noticed that the soap dispenser was empty.|2. The level of chlorine in the spa pool seemed higher than usual, causing discomfort to the eyes while using the facility.|3. The ladle used for pouring water over the stones in the sauna was quite damaged, affecting its functionality and leading to an imbalance in the distribution of water on the heater. Replacing this would not only improve the guest experience but also help maintain the sauna equipment.||Despite these minor suggestions, we had a wonderful stay and were very impressed with the hotel overall. If the steam room becomes operational, we would love to return. Additionally, enhancing the breakfast offerings to match the hotel's high standards would be appreciated. Nonetheless, this is truly a beautiful establishment well worth a stay, and we look forward to...
