So we originally took an Uber to try a renowned sandwich shop nearby (Chez Alain), but it was closed. However, we couldn’t have been happier because we stumbled upon this gem of a café.

If you’re looking for a picturesque spot bursting with Parisian charm, come here. We lost track of time, people-watching and ordering one thing after another because just when we thought it couldn’t get any better… they delivered. Every. Single. Time.

They are exactly what they set out to be—authentic, effortless, and unapologetically themselves. The ambiance, the flavors, the energy—it’s all perfection.

Bring your significant other, order the charcuterie board with a (full) bottle of wine, and soak it all in. Let the world fade away for a while. And if it happens to rain, order the French onion soup—it’s like a warm hug in a bowl.

Worst experience in my life ! Never go there ! I ordered a salad with a poached egg. This egg was freezing cold as well as the rest of the salad. A poached egg never should be cold! After mentioning that the waitress took my plate and gave it back … but it was just placed in the microwave so I had a warm salad .. with warm tomatoes and warm cucumber …. When telling the manager that it was not the quality I expected and that I was not willing to pay for that course it was really getting nasty. In the end I paid for it because I didn’t want to make a scene but I left the restaurant totally disappointed. The staff is not friendly and...

The caesar salad with salmon was lovely, the tarte tartin so-so, but the reason for the 1 star was the server was extremely keen to upsell me the entire meal. I ordered a glass of house rose -- he asked if I would like a medium instead of small. I said yes. It wasn't until he brought the bill that I found out he had sold me a "medium" glass of the most expensive rose on the menu! And at 16.80 euros a glass - it wasn't even impressive! Tourists - I would stay far away from this place. Unless you speak French very well, they will try...
